If your product never arrives or has arrived damaged we will refund your order or ship another product out! All packages to the United States express take approximately 1-5 business days and international take 7-20 business days including our processing time, if your package does not arrive in this time-frame please contact us immediately. All purchases are final as they are automatically sent to our factory for processing.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund your order.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, incorrect input of size, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
